Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

SHIPPING 

Processing the order can take up to 7 days. Customs may take 7-14 days to craft depending on the order and this does not include time of processing the order. I try to ship strictly earlier in the week such as Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid the product sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders come with insurance and tracking emailed to you. Once I have shipped your item, you will receive an email with tracking info. Allow at least 1-2 days for your tracking info status to be updated. Please keep track of your package and make sure you or someone you trust is available to receive your package to keep away from sunlight. If your package is returned due to your address being incorrect you will be asked to repay postage BEFORE I ship it again.

Due to the nature and fragility of the products, extreme care is put into packaging every order to ensure the safe arrival of your new beautiful addition! Because I am a business-of-one, all supplies are thoughtfully and personally sourced. 

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of my products, all purchases and sales are final.
